Description: This position will mainly work with the full-time assistant
of a Financial Consultant with her everyday duties, such as sorting mail,
faxing, copying, filing, running personal and work-related errands,
assembling presentations, scheduling appointments, and sending out numerous
client mailings.
Qualifications: Reliable transportation is a must as well as a valid
driver's license and car insurance. The applicant must be flexible,
detail-oriented, professional, reliable and self-motivated. He/she must be
proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. All majors are welcome to apply. A
minimum 1.5 years commitment is desired.
Compensation: $9.00/hour.
Time Frame: part-time, 17 hours per week (flexible schedule).
